I first contacted Clyde Malloy about seven years prior to my closing, due to the economy and my employment situation I continued to look in the local market at no time in those years did he hesitate to respond to me or fail to arrange access to a property to inspect. I would not hesitate to recommend Clyde to anyone, there is none better in my opinion.

How lucky I was to have Clyde Malloy reply to my inquiry. In all areas, a true professional. Since I am not living in the United States, he took care of the very few things that needed attention. Do not hesitate to call on Clyde as your agent.

We were interested in finding out our options for moving from MN to FL, the Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach areas. Clyde contacted me right away. We discussed what we were looking for and he sent us properties to review. He then previewed the properties in which we were interested. We scheduled a weekend to review properties in the area and he had an entire roster ready for us to view. We went home and put our property up for sale and continued our search. Clyde answered our many calls and previewed several more properties for us. When we found one we were interested in, he previewed the property, was present for the inspection and showed the property to my daughter and her husband. He assisted in crafting our offer and negotiating a counter offer. The property had a few issues from the inspection to take care of and Clyde and the seller's agent addressed them. Clyde went over and beyond by rearranging the closing and meeting our movers at the eleventh hour which saved us unbelievably high storage costs. Clyde stood by his guarantee that the issues with the house would be addressed and even installed the closet doors himself! I can't say enough about how well buying a house from out of state, sight unseen went due to Clyde's hard work on our behalf.

Clyde worked extensively over a difficult 6 month contract process and he was very professional and on point at all times. The sellers had multiple communication issues and Clyde was able to facilitate with the listing agent to cut thru the BS and keep things moving towards closing. Extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable agent and I would definitely use his again!

Clyde was great, despite the fact that we (as first time homebuyers) had some very bad luck finding houses, he was very persistent in helping us even when we gave up. We went through a government assistance program which made a lot more work for everyone, but Clyde certainly gave it his all. Now we are very happy homeowners. Thanks Clyde!

Clyde Malloy is the best REALTOR EVER, so very helpful through the entire process and even more patient. Clyde always made himself available day or night, I feel he went above and beyond with regard to negotiating price, home repairs, home warranty etc., he even gave me a washer and dryer!! If I need a realtor again, I'm not working with anyone but Clyde!
